Northeast Boise New Construction Going Strong

If you have been to the Harris Ranch and River Heights neighborhoods in Boise lately, you’ve seen a boom of new construction! You would never know that the housing  market is tough in this neck of the woods. The homes are selling between 300,000 and 500,000. nearly double to triple the avg. cost of a typical Boise Home. Currently NE Boise has the highest average and median price for the Treasure Valley. For more than 8  years there was very scarce opportunity for buyers to purchase new construction in this area,  and it seems that has created a pent-up demand for new homes. After  looking for 7 months myself (after selling our last Harris Ranch home) we ultimately decided to build a new home in again.
